Location: North & South of Maintenance, and behind Parkside
Costs: $10 to $30 annually, with required $50.00 deposit
 
    Fancy being your own gardener? Sixty-five P-patches grace the grounds of Sixty-01. For a small annual fee, the Association permits residents to grow their own vegetables, herbs and flowers on common area. Years-old blueberry bushes, plots full of rose bushes, sky-high sunflowers or beds of blooming dahlias are not uncommon.
