 Amenity: ClubhouseIn addition to the property's administrative offices, the almost 12,000 square-foot Clubhouse complex contains the Gus' Landing Café and Bar; a Card Room, Billiard Room, and well-equipped Fitness Spa (with a full-sized indoor raquetball/handball court); two large Social Halls for meetings and private parties (one with an over-sized fireplace); and even a two-terminal CyberCafe with internet access during business hours—available to all residents over age fourteen at no charge. Volunteer resident 'Guest Chefs'—each of whom holds a Washington State Food Worker Permit—create reasonably priced meals of regional to international cuisines six nights a week. (Click here to see a current or recent menu.) The Pub is a completely stocked full-service bar operated year-round by a volunteer team of state-licensed mixologists. Thoroughly redecorated in 2002—and smoke-free—it is quite a popular place. For residents wishing to celebrate a private birthday, reception, reunion, or other special occasion, the entire main floor facility and social rooms are available for rent at attractive rates. The Clubhouse's large outdoor pool with adjoining men's and women's locker rooms is located on the lower level, as are six private office suites—rentable to residents at nominal long-term rates. No condominium in this state offers its residents as many Clubhouse features as does Sixty-01's!
